The Role: Support, observe and assess candidates in their place of work, across Norfolk and Suffolk Ensure departmental activities are strategically focused on maximising positive outcomes for both young people and the workforce. Maintain quality assurance by reviewing, monitoring, and signing off all completed work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with required standards. Contribute to the design and delivery of training provision through direct facilitation of workshops and coordination of learning events, delivered both virtually and face-to-face.
