We are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our Repairs team on a casual basis. This role will primarily focus on processing invoices; however, you will also play a key part in ensuring repairs are carried out as requested by both Orwell and its customers. In doing so, you will help maintain excellent service delivery and financial accuracy. What you''ll be doing: Ensure invoices from external contractors are processed and paid in line with Orwell''s agreed policies and procedures. Review completed works orders to confirm financial accuracy and that all work has been completed in accordance with the original request. Raise recharge invoice and credit requests with the Finance Team and monitor payments to ensure timely resolution.
