THE ROLE • Supporting multiple premium corporate catering sites across Cambridge and surrounding locations • Providing holiday, sickness and mobilisation cover as required • Preparing and delivering fresh breakfasts, lunches and hospitality to exceptional standards • Supporting menu delivery using seasonal, high-quality ingredients • Maintaining outstanding food safety, allergen and hygiene standards • Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation • Completing operational paperwork and due diligence accurately • Building strong relationships with chefs, managers and clients across the businessABOUT YOU • Previous experience as a Sous ..... full job details .....
