Commis Chef de partie Sous Head Chef managerLocations: Eastbourne, Hastings and surrounding areas within East Sussex.Pay rates: from 16ph to 20 per hour depending on role and requirements.A valid DBS certificate would be required for some sites but not always essentialOwn transport would be desirableVarious shift times, full time, part time and casual shifts availableBenefits:Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays.Weekly payHoliday payPension schemeDuties to include: Help organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided. Prepare and present food to the highest quality. Assist with the ordering of stock. Serve hot and cold food to customers Identifying customer requirements with allergies Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.
