Relief Chef - Gastropubs, Oxford - Flexible Shifts

Recruiting experienced Relief Chefs to support a number of established, fresh food gastropubs across Oxfordshire. Whether you''re a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef, we''ve got flexible temporary assignments running throughout the week - proper scratch cooking and seasonal menus, supporting established brigades during busy service rather than one-off event work. This role is only suitable for chefs with previous professional experience in commercial kitchens - restaurants, gastropubs, hotels, or contract catering. Applications from candidates without chef experience can''t be considered. You''ll need to be confident running a section without supervision and comfortable stepping into an established team''s rhythm quickly. Own transport is a essential, given venues are spread across Oxford and the surrounding area, though not essential if you''re able to reliably reach sites.
