Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Deliver and improve our Asset Care strategy (Predictive or Planned maintenance activities) to prevent failures. Identify and eliminate failure modes across assets though focused projects and improvements. Management of site CMMS to ensure accurate maintenance including work order completion, corrective action, and inventory of spare parts.
