This is a customer-facing role focused on improving fleet reliability, reducing in-service failures, and supporting the day-to-day availability of trains. Working closely with Field Service Engineers, Quality and Controls teams, you will act as the technical link between the customer and the wider engineering function, ensuring reliability issues are investigated and resolved effectively. Key Responsibilities Support Field Service Engineers with technical reliability issues. Manage and contribute to the FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) process. Investigate in-service failures and identify root causes. Drive reliability improvement initiatives across the fleet. Analyse maintenance and operational data to identify trends.
