The site operates a fast-paced, investment-led environment, with a strong focus on reliability, proactive maintenance and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for a Reliability Engineer who is looking for genuine project work, autonomy and the chance to shape the future of the site''s maintenance function. This is a newly created, Monday to Friday, days-only role, working 8am 5pm. As Reliability Engineer, you''ll lead the implementation of a new CMMS, stores and PPM system across the site, moving the team away from reactive maintenance and towards a proactive, planned approach. Alongside the systems rollout, you''ll deliver hands-on training and coaching to the wider engineering team, embedding new ways of working as the site invests £6m and moves to 24/7 production.
