We are seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer - Supervisor to lead our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) team at our Thetford site. Reporting to the Reliability andamp; Planning Engineer, this role plays a key part in ensuring our assets run efficiently, reliably, and safely.

What You''ll Be Doing
- Leading the execution of the site''s 52-week PPM schedule.
- Supporting and mentoring a small team of engineers to carry out safe and effective maintenance.
- Documenting all maintenance activity using our CMMS system and ensuring accurate parts usage.
- Identifying reliability improvements, implementing approved changes, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Ensuring critical equipment is maintained to support uninterrupted production.
- Upholding site safety, compliance, and engineering standards at all times.
What We''re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years'' experience in engineering within a food manufacturing or similar regulated environment.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team.
- Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, including PPM, root cause analysis, and reliability-centred maintenance.
- Familiarity with coating and frying equipment is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, PC literacy (Excel, Word), and a methodical approach to documentation and safety.
