The Role Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for improving performance and reducing downtime? Join our fast-paced team and play a key role in driving equipment reliability and operational excellence. As a Reliability Engineer, you ll lead proactive engineering initiatives to maximise uptime, improve machine performance, and reduce maintenance costs. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Production, you ll analyse data, identify trends, and implement innovative reliability solutions across the plant. This role is days based, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
