Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer (4.5 days - 7AM-4PM - MON - THURS 8AM-12PM - FRI) Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for improving performance, increasing equipment reliability, and reducing downtime? We are looking for a proactive Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in driving operational excellence.The RoleAs a Reliability Engineer, you will lead proactive engineering initiatives to maximise plant uptime, improve machine performance, and reduce maintenance costs. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams, you''ll analyse data, identify trends, and implement innovative reliability solutions across the site.This is a days-based position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive equipment reliability and reduce downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actionsDevelop, implement, and optimise predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) strategiesUtilise data analysis tools, including Power BI and OMP, to identify improvement opportunitiesApply predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysisSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term engineering strategiesAssist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and innovation programmesPromote and maintain safe working practices across the siteAbout YouWe''re looking for a motivated engineer who can combine technical expertise with strong ..... full job details .....
