What to expect: Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering reliable equipment through the Maintenance Plan. You will support and assess the efficiency of Maintenance execution across both Manufacturing and Distribution and the effectiveness of Machine Standards. Key responsibilities include: Lead Root Cause Analysis process and 5 Whys to prevent recurring breakdowns. Own six year maintenance plans for equipment and manage plans including budget and OEM coordination. Support upskilling of Operators and Technicians through on the job coaching on maintenance tasks.
