RELIABILITY ENGINEERJob Title: Reliability EngineerLocation: RugbySalary: £56,000 - £62,000 Shift: M-F DaysJob Role of the Engineering Reliability EngineerAn exciting opportunity is available for an Engineering Reliability Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business and help drive engineering performance across the site. You will play a key role in improving machinery reliability, optimising production lines and strengthening maintenance processes. The successful candidate will focus on preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and identifying the root causes of recurring equipment issues. Working alongside engineering and production teams, you will implement improvements to reduce downtime, increase efficiency and improve equipment performance. You will also support engineering standards, technical development and ensure all activities meet health, safety and environmental requirements. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a production area, develop your technical expertise and make a real impact on site performance.Sector FMCG / Manufacturing / Engineering ReliabilityNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Reliability Engineer Experience within an engineering, maintenance or reliability-focused role in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.A sound mechanical or electrical engineering background.
