Magnet Recruit is looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer (ideally with an electrical bias) to join one of the most well respected Food Manufacturing businesses in the UK. 

This is a critical role for a business that has consistently been named in the UKs top employers. Working with a dedicated reliability team, with a supportive, team environment. 

There are clearly presented progression paths for the right individual. 

About you?

- Ideally Degree educated in Electrical or Mechanical engineering 
- Minimum of 3 years within a similar role - Reliability, Asset Care etc 
- Strong stakeholder management and CI mindset 
- Experience with tools such as RCA, RCM, FMEA and other technologies
