Working closely with engineering teams, customers and suppliers, you''ll use technical expertise and data-driven analysis to identify trends, resolve complex engineering issues and deliver continuous improvement across the fleet. About You We''re looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer with a strong background in rolling stock, fleet performance and reliability engineering. Essential Requirements Previous experience within a rail engineering, rolling stock or depot maintenance environment. Formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent). Time-served Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering background. Strong knowledge of modern EMU rolling stock systems. Proven experience undertaking fault trend analysis using Power BI, including building dashboards, analysing engineering data and identifying fleet reliability improvements.
