What You''ll Be Doing
This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role is all about system optimisation and engineering insight. You''ll be:
- Enhancing and developing the current maintenance management system (Shire Pirana)
- Leading criticality assessments and tracking Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
- Analysing breakdown data to optimise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Collaborating with TPM and FMEA teams to embed smarter practices
- Working closely with stores admin to ensure critical spares availability
- Championing a shift from reactive to preventative maintenance thinking across the team
Who We''re Looking For
You''ll come from an engineering background and ideally have hands-on maintenance experience - but this role isn''t about fixing machines. It''s about building a smarter, more reliable operation.
You''ll stand out if you:
- Have experience with Shire Pirana or similar maintenance/CMMS platforms (Excel-based systems also welcome)
- Are confident interpreting engineering data and influencing shop floor behaviour
- Have a keen eye for process improvement and a passion for continuous development
