The business is investing in reliability and asset performance, giving you the opportunity to shape maintenance strategies, reduce recurring issues and make a lasting impact across the site.Working closely with the maintenance, production and quality teams, you''ll lead root cause analysis, improve planned maintenance activities and introduce reliability best practices to maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime.What will your day to day look like?Lead root cause analysis to identify and eliminate repeat equipment failures.Develop and improve planned preventative maintenance strategies.Analyse downtime trends and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.Drive continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and production performance.Support the development of reliability-centred maintenance practices.Work collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams to improve asset performance.Coach and support the maintenance team in reliability and continuous improvement methodologies.Help develop long-term maintenance and asset care ..... full job details .....
