Interim Project Manager - RELEX Implementation Location - Hybrid with occasional travel to UK sitesContract: 6 months rolling programme up to 2 yearsRate: Up to £650 per day outside IR35 depending on experience I''m partnering with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing business that is starting a major planning transformation programme. It is putting a new Sales and Operations Planning capability in place, enabled by RELEX. They need an experienced interim Project Manager to bring structure, pace and control to the delivery. The role You''ll lead end-to-end delivery of the programme, from mobilisation through design, build, testing and go-live to hypercare. You''ll bring together commercial, demand and supply planning, manufacturing, finance, IT and external delivery partners around one integrated planning approach. Key responsibilities: Own the integrated project plan, covering process design, configuration, data readiness, integrations, testing, training, cutover and adoption Run programme governance, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID, change control and escalations Support the design and embedding of the SandOP cycle: demand review, supply review, reconciliation and executive review Lead fit-gap workshops, UAT, master data preparation and process sign-off Manage the implementation partner and software vendor against scope, milestones and budget Drive business readiness, including stakeholder engagement, super users, training, cutover and ..... full job details .....
