Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Telecoms £340 per day | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (South of Oxford) | UK-Based Contractors Only A leading telecoms organisation is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the delivery of large-scale Agile programmes within a SAFe environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation undergoing significant transformation, helping to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery across multiple Agile teams. Working closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, Architects, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events, managing dependencies, and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering business value. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect andamp; Adapt workshops. Support delivery across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and business priorities. Identify, manage, and escalate programme risks, dependencies, and impediments. Track and report on delivery progress, ART performance metrics, and programme milestones. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote SAFe best practices across teams. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure successful programme execution.
