Your mission As our Relationship Specialist, your mission is to build trusted, long-term relationships with a portfolio of property owners, delivering the highly personalised, relationship-led service they expect. With a visible local presence in Dartmouth, you''ll combine exceptional service with commercial insight to strengthen owner loyalty, protect the reputation of the James Collection and support the continued growth of the Awaze portfolio. What you''ll be doing Build strong, trusted relationships with property owners, tailoring your communication and support to their individual needs. Provide premium customer service to our guests and owners Develop an in-depth understanding of each property and regularly visit homes to identify opportunities to enhance presentation, guest appeal and commercial performance. Use market insight, pricing data and your local knowledge to make proactive recommendations that help owners get the best from their properties. Protect and champion the prestige of the James Collection through every owner interaction. Maintain accurate CRM records and prioritise activity, manage follow-ups and support effective portfolio management. ..... full job details .....
