Relationship Support OfficerEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: Up to 35,000 per annumDepartment: Islamic BankingLocation: Tooting, LondonWorking Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per weekAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Support Officer (RSO) to join our Islamic Banking team at our Tooting branch.The Relationship Support Officer will support the Relationship and Branch Manager in delivering an excellent standard of customer service, client onboarding, AML/KYC compliance, branch operations and administrative support.This is a varied, customer-facing role that will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Relationship SupportAct as a first point of contact for customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer requests are resolved promptly.Support the Relationship and Branch Manager with customer meetings, follow-ups and correspondence.Build positive and professional relationships with new and existing customers.Branch Operations and KYC/AMLProcess cash deposits and withdrawals in accordance with established procedures.Support day-to-day branch operational controls and processes.Process new customer onboarding requests.Complete AML, KYC and Customer Due Diligence requirements for new and existing customers.Ensure ..... full job details .....
