The Relationship Support Officer will support the Relationship & Branch Manager in delivering an excellent standard of customer service, client onboarding, AML/KYC compliance, branch operations and administrative support. This is a varied, customer-facing role that will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
