Relationship Manager - Structured Real Estate

Your new companyA leading financial services institution is looking to hire a Relationship Manager to join its Structured Real Estate team in London. This is a front-office role combining origination, deal execution, and ongoing portfolio management within a high-performing, client-facing environment.Your new roleYou will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across a real estate client base while supporting the execution of new lending transactions. The role offers end-to-end exposure across deal origination, structuring, and ongoing asset management.Key responsibilities include:Origination and execution of structured real estate finance transactionsPreparing and presenting credit papers to internal committeesManaging an existing loan portfolio, including annual reviews and covenant monitoringWorking closely with internal stakeholders across credit, risk, and legalIdentifying new business opportunities and supporting wider business development activityProactive risk management, including identification of underperforming assetsWhat you''ll need to succeedExperience within real estate finance, lending, or structured financeStrong understanding of credit analysis and risk assessmentExposure to commercial real estate transactions (either origination or portfolio)Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationshipsDriven, commercial mindset with the ability to work in a front-office environmentWhat you''ll get in returnOpportunity to join a ..... full job details .....
