Relationship Manager

A client of ours in the Earls Colne area is recruiting a Relationship Manager to join their growing team ASAP. This is a temporary-to-permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying 12.71 - 14.35 per hour depending on experience ( 28,000 per annum), with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 10,000 per year through commission.Your key duties in this Property Relationship Manager role will include but are not limited to:Maintain regular client contact and oversee your own teamManage client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuationsRecommend solutions to achieve the best outcomes for clientsDevelop strategies to increase revenue and meet targetsBuild and nurture relationships with key accountsEnsure clients are aware of the full range of services offeredCross-sell into other areas of the business as requiredMonitor team performance against KPIs and provide coachingSupport onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptlySkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience in account management, sales or client relationship managementEstate agency, property sales, sales negotiator, valuer or senior negotiator experience would be highly advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsOrganised, structured and IT literate (Office 365)Ability to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
