Relationship Manager (Mortgage) - Private Banking

Our client, an international bank is currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager (RM) for Private Banking. As a Relationship Manager, you will join a small and dynamic Private Banking team, with a focus on supporting and developing the Bank''s Buy-to-Let mortgage business. This is a broad and hands-on role covering mortgage case management, process improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while offering opportunities to develop across wider PB activities. The key responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to achieve departmental objectives; Manage mortgage applications throughout the entire lifecycle, from enquiry to completion; Support clients and other RMs with mortgage enquiries and lending solutions; Liaise with internal departments and external parties, including solicitors, valuers and brokers, to facilitate mortgage applications; Assist in the development and enhancement of mortgage products, policies, procedures and systems; Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience; Cooperate with other front offices to generate business leads and create synergy; Assist in planning and supporting client events and marketing activities where appropriate; Other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
