This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial and SME clients, driving profitable growth while ensuring strong risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.Reporting to the Relationship and Branch Manager, you will be responsible for both developing new business and deepening existing client relationships, while proactively managing portfolio risk and identifying early warning signals.Key ResponsibilitiesClient and Portfolio ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of Commercial / SME clients in line with business strategyBuild strong client relationships through regular meetings, networking, and proactive engagementDeliver value-added banking solutions including lending, deposits, Trade and FX, and Islamic Banking referralsEnsure fair customer outcomes and adherence to TCF principlesCommercial GrowthAchieve targeted asset and deposit growth for the branchStructure and negotiate client proposals for lending and depositsSubmit credit and account opening proposals to internal teamsSupport timely lending disbursements in line with branch targetsRisk, Control and ComplianceManage credit renewals within policy and agreed timelinesEnsure compliance monitoring, transaction reviews, and EDD requirements are metMonitor key ..... full job details .....
