Relationship Manager
The Relationship manager is primarily responsible for driving profitable volume growth through value-added sales and service of Commercial / SME customers. They target and manage an assigned portfolio of customers within the commercial credit business segments.The key challenge in this role is to manage both existing portfolios and grow new corporate relationships, while identifying early warning signs that could affect portfolio health.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYou are required to comply at all times with your contract of employment and all policies, procedures, rules, handbook, and similar documents applicable to you as an employee of Habib Bank Zurich Plc. As a certified person, you should have particular regard to the following responsibilities:Balanced Scorecard ResponsibilitiesApplication of the balanced scorecard approach within the branch, establishing strong processes around Customer, Colleague, Control, and Commercial.Colleague ObjectivesCoaching and training RM/RSOs, ensuring all KPIs are managed as per the business scorecardProviding Quality Assurance support with stakeholder unitsPreparing and presenting cases to the Country Credit CommitteeMaintaining robust personal diary managementDriving employee engagement and adherence to HBZ behaviors modelCustomer ObjectivesPortfolio management of branches and adherence to TCF guidelinesCustomer networking and managing client appointmentsTrade and FX referrals to the businessSirat referrals for clients seeking Islamic ..... full job details .....
