Description Location: Whitstable, Kent (with regular travel across the UK)Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Performance Incentives About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Consultant / Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in complex care, supported living, or live-in care services to play a key role in driving business growth across the South of England. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across both the public and private healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business growth strategies within the complex care sector, with a particular focus on supported living services and local authority-funded care packages. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, healthcare providers, and other relevant organisations. Develop and nurture relationships within the private sector, including Case Managers, Occupational Therapists, Financial Deputies, Personal Injury Solicitors, and Expert Witnesses.
