The charity''s annual running costs are £16 million, with 70% funded through our stores, fundraising, and donations from amazing supporters. What will you do? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious fundraising team at Compton Care. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Fundraiser to drive forward our work in philanthropic major donor fundraising and corporate partnerships, with a strong focus on new donor and corporate acquisition. This role is key to developing and growing income, by identifying, securing, and building relationships with new corporate partners and major donors, while also nurturing existing supporters. The role is offered on a part-time basis with flexibility around how hours are worked across the week, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a role that can fit around other commitments. You will play a crucial role in uplifting and expanding the excellent work already taking place, bringing a proactive approach to building a strong pipeline of new opportunities and converting these into long-term, high-value relationships.
