They manage and improve outsourced services including catering, facilities management and cleaning, helping education providers deliver high-quality services while achieving value for money.They are seeking a Client Relationship and Contract Manager to join their growing team and support the delivery and management of school partnerships.The RoleThis is a relationship-focused position where you will work closely with schools, academies, trusts and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery, contract performance and strong stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities include:• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and suppliers• Supporting client meetings and managing follow-up actions• Monitoring contract performance against agreed KPIs• Supporting service delivery across facilities management, cleaning and catering contracts• Resolving operational issues and ensuring effective service outcomes• Tracking contract milestones, reviews and renewal activities• Supporting compliance, audits and service standards• Maintaining accurate records, reporting and documentation• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies• Assisting with ..... full job details .....
