The Role

The successful Reintegration Alternate Provision Lead will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the alternative provision

  • Implement clear systems, routines and high-quality practices aligned with whole-school priorities

  • Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills

  • A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and inclusive practice

Desirable

  • Leadership experience, including line management or provision development

  • SEND, SEMH or leadership qualifications

  • Knowledge of reintegration processes and transition planning

  • Understanding of trauma-informed approaches and alternative provision frameworks
