The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of reinstatement operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to specification. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing reinstatement supervisors, operatives and subcontractors. Planning and coordinating reinstatement programmes across multiple live projects. Ensuring compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA), HAUC specifications and local authority requirements. Driving productivity, quality and right-first-time performance.
