Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractorsReporting on compliance to legislation and code of practiceMaintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of serviceAttention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applicationsCarry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all timesMaintain and develop relationships with local councilsDrive improvement in reinstatement costs and quality with contractorsWhat you’ll need

The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certificationFull technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practiceGood team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levelsExcellent customer service skills and work as part of a teamA full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skillsPerformance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essentialDiversity and inclusion
