Rehoming Centre Manager

Rehoming Centre Manager Beagle Welfare is looking for an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Rehoming Centre Manager to lead the daily operation of our Rehoming Centre, based in Burton-on-Trent. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a visible difference to the lives of beagles, adopters, volunteers and colleagues by creating a centre where excellent welfare, effective rehabilitation and successful rehoming are at the heart of everything we do. As the lead on site, you will manage and develop staff and volunteers, oversee safe and efficient centre operations, and help ensure every beagle in our care receives the right support to progress towards a happy, secure future. You will also represent Beagle Welfare externally and contribute to the continued development of our rehoming work across the UK. About the role You will be responsible for the leadership, performance and smooth running of the Rehoming Centre, including staff and volunteer management, health and safety, site maintenance and the implementation of operational procedures. With rehoming at the centre of your decision-making, you will use data, strong people leadership and sound operational judgement to help improve outcomes for beagles and the people who care for and adopt them.
