On behalf of our client, Head First is recruiting Rehabilitation Support Workers to join a dedicated team providing one-to-one support to a young man in his 30s following a brain injury. Our client has a great sense of humour, big ambitions, and a strong desire to live as independently as possible. He enjoys social activities, access to his local community, exercise, and spending time with people who encourage and support him to achieve his goals (such as undertaking paid or voluntary work and developing friendships.)He experiences significant cognitive challenges following his brain injury and is registered blind due to a visual impairment. As part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will play an important role in helping him maximise his independence, confidence, social participation, and quality of life.
