Rehabilitation Manager (SLP, PT, or OT required)

for our

Forest Hill, MD

Medicare Certified home health office. Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.Supervise a team of field clinicians.Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new clinicians.Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications

Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.Supervisory experience.Home Health field experience is required.

Compensation

Compensation:

$90,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
