You don''t need any previous caring experience - we can train you on the job and offer ongoing development such as achieving the Care Certificate and Apprenticeship opportunities.All we ask is that you:enjoy working with peopleunderstand what motivates peopleare comfortable being involved in practical, sometimes personal and intimate care provisionhave a desire to learn and develop skillshold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for business use, as this is a community-based role (mileage will be paid)We have flexible working patterns to suit you - You can work 4 days on, then have 4 days off, 2 days on and 2 days off or evenings-only, on a rolling pattern to make sure that we can provide our services 365 days a year to those people who need us.We have a great team, all working together to really make a difference to the people that we support.
