37 hours per week - Up to 65,505 per annum - ( national pay award pending) We are happy to consider applications for full or part-time, as well as flexible working patternsCNC Building Control is seeking a highly knowledgeable Regulatory Specialist and Learning and Development Manager to lead our regulatory interpretation, compliance oversight and professional development across our organisation.This is a pivotal position, ensuring our surveyors, trainees and apprentices receive accurate, timely and high-quality, whilst keeping CNC ahead of legislative change. About the RoleThis unique dual-focused role combines regulatory expertise with leadership in learning and development. you will monitor, interpret and communicate changes in Building Regulations, ensuring the organisation remains fully informed and compliant. You will design, develop and deliver impactful training programmes that strengthen competence at every level, whilst also contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Qualify Management System (QMS), aligning it with evolving regulatory requirements.In this role, you will provide expert technical advice to the Management Team, surveyors and stakeholders, acting as a trusted source of professional guidance.
