An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Business Crime and Regulatory team. Acting for a diverse client base, you will advise businesses and individuals on a wide range of complex regulatory, health and safety and business crime matters, working alongside recognised specialists in this field. You will manage your own varied caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on complex and high-profile matters. The role offers exposure to regulatory investigations, prosecutions and advisory work across a broad range of sectors. Key responsibilities include: Advising and representing corporate clients and individuals on a broad range of Business Crime and Regulatory matters. Managing complex investigations and prosecutions involving bodies such as the HSE, Environment Agency, DVSA, CQC, CPS, local authorities and other UK regulators. Handling multi-agency health and safety prosecutions, regulatory enforcement and criminal investigations. Representing clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings before the Courts.
