Regulatory Reporting Accountant

Chalk Hill Group are supporting a Global Financial Services business, based in London, in their search for a Regulatory Reporting Accountant.You will produce financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and deliver regulatory reporting that meets UK regulatory requirements.You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, preparing and submitting accurate, timely and complete reports, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review cashflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsMonitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including FCA requirements and SOX for US companiesStay up to date with regulatory and reporting changes that may impact financial reporting obligationsDevelop, implement and enhance regulatory reporting processesIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting efficiencyPrepare regulatory submissions including, FCA returns, MIFIDPRU 8 disclosures, and the ICARA processRegulatory capital and liquidity modellingSupport the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with relevant standardsPartner with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely auditsSkills and Experience RequiredQualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent international accounting qualificationIn-depth knowledge of FCA reporting requirements and UK financial services regulationsProven experience managing FCA reporting and regulatory ..... full job details .....
