Job ref: 5435 THE ROLE:A leading professional regulatory organisation is seeking an experienced Fitness to Practise Paralegal to join its Case Preparation Team on a short term basis for circa 3 months. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for External Legal Providers, overseeing case progression and providing instructions on investigation and case management issues, including allegations, witnesses, disclosure, extensions, linked cases, admissions, proposed sanctions and alternative conclusions. The role will also involve liaising with hearing teams, supporting final hearing preparation, coordinating interim order applications and reviews, maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and tribunal directions. THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will have experience of working within Fitness to Practise or a professional regulatory environment, although relevant case management or legal experience within a regulated environment will also be considered.
