The Regulatory Paralegal position based in London offers a full-time, six-month contract with a salary of £35,000 pro rata. THE ROLE:
The appointed Paralegal will work as part of a busy investigations team, handling a varied caseload involving concerns about the conduct of professionals. Responsibilities include assessing risk, gathering evidence, and progressing cases through the regulatory process in line with statutory requirements. This is a fast paced role that requires strong organisational skills, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while preparing cases for panel consideration.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to candidates with at least 18 months’ experience in investigations, regulatory work, or litigation case handling, who can demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a high volume caseload independently. Successful applicants will also demonstrate excellent communication and attention to detail, experience handling sensitive and confidential information within a regulated environment and must have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass DBS and pre employment screening checks.
