Regulatory Officer

The Role A professional regulatory body is looking to appoint a Regulatory Officer, Supervision to support the risk-based supervision of individuals, organisations and education/training providers within a regulated professional environment. The role will involve gathering and analysing information, assessing risk, supporting supervision activity and contributing to reports and projects that help maintain high regulatory standards. The work is varied and will include proactive supervision activity such as desk-based reviews, questionnaires, compliance testing, supervision visits and thematic reviews. You will also support reactive work by assessing reports or concerns received from stakeholders and working with colleagues across the organisation on wider regulatory priorities. This is a collaborative and supportive team environment, with the opportunity to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will need to communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable working across different projects and priorities. This is a full-time, hybrid, permanent role, working 2 days per week in the office in Central London.
