You will manage a varied caseload of professional regulatory investigations, leading matters from initial assessment through to preparation for regulatory tribunal hearings. Your responsibilities will include assessing allegations, preparing investigation plans, advising on interim orders, overseeing, or conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting statements, and preparing detailed reports on evidential strength and appropriate outcomes.
