• Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a caseload of primarily health and safety and transport regulatory matters, providing regulatory advice, representing clients during investigations and hearings.
• You will be joining a highly reputable team that advises organisations and individuals that are facing Health and Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions.
• A background in advocacy would be a distinct advantage, however you can expect to gain thorough training within this skill set.
