What you''ll be doing: Ensure compliance with trading regulations, including market conduct requirements, exchange rules, and transaction surveillance Advise senior management and trading teams on regulatory matters, upcoming changes, and potential impacts as the business grows Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet local and cross-jurisdictional (or international) regulatory and market conduct rules Perform regulatory reviews, surveillance, and monitoring to confirm trades meet applicable rules and protect the firm''s reputation Work closely with Trading, Law, Market Risk, and Risk Operations to identify and resolve compliance risks or potential violations Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and maintaining positive relationships Create educational materials and deliver ongoing training and mentorship to the Trading Community on compliance matters and best practices Analyse emerging regulatory trends, support strategic compliance initiatives, and assess the compliance impact of new transactions and products Provide ..... full job details .....
