Location: Stratford, London

£22.08 per hour PAYE

The Role

Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes

Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers and more

Speak with stakeholders at all levels

Spot weaknesses, understand root causes and recommend improvements

Draft high-quality reports, letters and responses - all within tight deadlines

Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve

What We''re Looking For

Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong emotional intelligence

Calm under pressure and self-motivated

Team player with a flexible approach

Knowledge of regulatory and operational processes

Based within Risk and Compliance Oversight (RandCO) - the second line of defence
