This is a new role where you will be reporting to one of the company’s directors and as such a key part will be establishing/adjusting new processes and therefore you must be comfortable with giving and receiving honest and constructive feedback in order to attain the desired outcomes. To reiterate, this role will, at least initially, comprise a focus on implementation rather than strategic planning.
