Regular Giving Programme Manager

We''re looking for a Regular Giving Programme Manager to ensure we''re developing innovative new approaches in this area, and existing supporters receive an excellent experience. What does this role do? As Regular Giving Programme Manager, you''ll: ensure the successful delivery of programmes in the area, which includes our most popular fundraising product Sponsor a Dog, continually analysing and assessing performance, and reviewing plans as necessary, develop new product opportunities in the area and maintain existing ones, providing those essential, long-term supporters with an excellent sponsorship experience, lead and manage the Regular Giving team, embedding a high-performance culture, and supporting where necessary, provide strategic input, insight gathering, and analysis to projects throughout the year. This role is a fixed term contract from December 2026 to November 2027. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 12th and 13th October 2026 and will take place on Teams.
