As Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant, you''ll: advise internal teams and external fulfilment companies regarding public queries relating to regular giving products, ensuring enquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively, provide support for the Sponsor a Dog scheme, from arranging photoshoots to liaising with rehoming centres to prepare new sponsor dogs information, assist with the day-to-day running of the Companion Club, ensuring a smooth experience for our dedicated supporters, contribute to copywriting and planning for Sponsor a Dog content.
